Kerrie is a Registered Psychologist, an approved Medicare Provider, and a Certified Gottman Therapist.  She is also a Registered Psychology Supervisor and is an Associate Member of the Australian Psychological Society.  She has completed a Bachelor of Social Science (Majoring in Psychology and Criminology), a Post Graduate Diploma of Psychology from the University of Western Sydney and has a Post Graduate Certificate of Psychological Practice and a Postgraduate Certificate in Divinity.

Along with her husband Adrian, Kerrie is the Director of Motivating Minds Psychological Practice (est. 2008), and Motivating Marriages Psychology (est. 2018).  Kerrie has been practicing psychology since 2002 and has extensive experience in drug and alcohol addiction, forensic psychological assessment and treatment and has previously worked in Non-government organization, the NSW Department of Corrective Services, the Independent Commission Against Corruption and in private practice settings.  Kerrie has also worked in tertiary education, teaching psychology.   

Kerrie has been forever intrigued by human behaviour.  She seeks to understand the unique nature of every person she works with, and is driven towards assisting her clients with developing insight into their suffering – it’s causes and consequences – and tailoring individualized treatment plans to help them achieve satisfaction, meaning and purpose in their lives, and their relationships.

Outside of work, Kerrie enjoys tennis, bike riding, kayaking, boating, fishing and cooking.  She enjoys escaping the busyness of the world by going on adventures and road trips.  Kerrie loves to laugh, enjoys time by herself at the beach, she is always planning about how she will achieve her next set of goals, and she loves living life with her husband.
